Letter to the Parents

Dear Parents,
Dorothy Pilarski is a local Catholic author of Monica Loves Dresses and I Love You More Than Pizza Pie! Dorothy will be visiting the grade one and two students of (INSERT SCHOOL NAME HERE) on (INSERT DATE HERE.)
We are honoured and privileged to have Dorothy Pilarski share a special reading time and discussion period with our children. Dorothy will be visiting each of our classrooms and discussing the process of story writing, illustrating and publishing books.
The children have been working diligently this term on their story writing. They are looking forward to be meeting with Dorothy Pilarski.
Copies of Dorothy’s book can be purchased in advance. The books contain two stories for a cost of only $10.00. The stories have beautiful prayers that you can read with your child. This book is a wonderful keepsake to share for years to come.
Dorothy relies on her book sales to support her worthwhile literacy program. We encourage you to consider purchasing a copy to show your appreciation.
